Information you choose to provide

An OSRS username is optional. If you enter one, the site sends it to Jagex's public Old School Hiscores service so it can read public skill levels. The app does not ask for your RuneScape password and does not create an application database record for the username.

Your membership choice, cash amount, effort preference and Wilderness choice are sent to the site's recommendation API to calculate results. They are not a statement about the contents of your real account.

Analytics and cookies

The main tool page uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as sessions, approximate location, browser and device information. Google explains the default data it collects and its use of the _ga cookie in its Analytics data collection documentation.

The main tool page also uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the interface, including aggregated behavior and session recordings. Microsoft documents the identifiers and cookies used by Clarity in its Clarity cookies documentation.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not prevent the recommendation tool from working.

Infrastructure and external services

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, so it may process ordinary request data such as IP address, request time, requested path and browser information. Live prices come from the OSRS Wiki Prices API. Public levels come from Jagex Hiscores. Links to the OSRS Wiki, Google, Microsoft and GitHub take you to services with their own privacy terms.

Data retention and questions

OSRS Money Maker does not operate its own account or profile database. Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare and other upstream providers retain information under their own settings and policies.
